Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated · May 1, 2026
OmniVAI gives you direct access to dozens of frontier generative models. With that power comes a short, non-negotiable list of things you may not generate or do on the platform.
Strictly prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Accounts are terminated immediately and reported to authorities.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery, including deepfakes of real people.
- Content depicting real, identifiable people in defamatory, harassing, or politically deceptive ways without their consent.
- Content designed to incite violence, terrorism, or genocide, or to promote hate against a protected group.
- Detailed instructions for creating weapons (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or cyber) capable of mass harm.
- Malware, phishing kits, or content intended to compromise computer systems.
- Fraud — fake IDs, counterfeit documents, scam pages, or impersonation of brands you do not own.
Restricted (allowed only with consent or context)
- Likeness of real people: only with their explicit, documented consent, or for clearly satirical / journalistic purposes.
- Adult content: must be marked as such, must depict only adults, and must not be exported to minors.
- Medical, legal, and financial advice: outputs are for inspiration only and must not be presented as professional advice.
Provider rules also apply
OmniVAI orchestrates third-party models (Google Veo, ByteDance Seedream & Seedance, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Suno, MidJourney, Kling, Wan, etc.). Each provider has its own usage policy. By generating with a provider you agree to their rules in addition to ours. We pass abuse signals from providers back to your account when received.
Reporting & enforcement
To report a violation, email abuse@omnivai.ai with the generation URL or share link. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
