3. The exact URL(s) on OmniVAI where the infringing material can be found (share link, generation ID, or library URL).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice to dmca@omnivai.ai including: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and consent to jurisdiction.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content and disable accounts before receiving a formal notice when the violation is obvious.
