Refund Policy

OmniVAI sells two distinct things: credits (consumed per generation) and subscriptions (recurring access plus a monthly credit grant). Refund rules differ for each.
Failed generations
If a generation fails for a reason on our side or on the provider's side (server error, timeout, content filter false-positive on a clearly safe prompt), the credits for that generation are refunded automatically to your wallet within minutes. You don't need to contact us.
Credit top-ups
One-off credit purchases are non-refundable once any of the credits from that purchase have been spent. If you have not used any of the credits and the purchase was made in the last 14 days, email billing@omnivai.ai and we will refund the full amount.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access and any remaining monthly credits until then.
New subscribers in the EU/UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise it, email billing@omnivai.ai within 14 days of your first payment. We will refund the subscription fee proportional to credits not yet consumed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks are suspended pending investigation.
