Sub-processors

We list every third-party processor that handles personal data on behalf of OmniVAI customers below. We notify customers at least 30 days before any material change to this list (new sub-processor, region change, or expanded data category).

AI model providers
Each generation routes prompts and any reference media to the provider that hosts the selected model. Outputs are returned to OmniVAI and stored in your library.

Notification of changes
We notify customers by email at least 30 days before a material change to this sub-processor list — for example, adding a new sub-processor, changing the storage region, or expanding the category of data shared. You may object to any change by writing to dpo@omnivai.ai before the change takes effect; if we cannot accommodate the objection, you may terminate the affected service.
