Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter a contract. If you use OmniVAI for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Shared or resold logins may be suspended.
• Tell us immediately at security@omnivai.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

OmniVAI is an orchestration layer. Prompts, references and settings you submit are routed to third-party AI model providers, and their outputs are returned to you. Availability, quality and pricing of individual models can change when a provider changes them. We may add, modify or retire features, and will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you actively rely on.

• Generations consume credits. The credit cost is shown before you run a job.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs are prepaid and non-transferable.
• Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. Successful generations you simply dislike are not refundable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable VAT or sales tax.
• Money-back situations are described on our Refund Policy page.

You agree not to use OmniVAI to create, upload or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people, including voice cloning without documented consent.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights.
• Targeted harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, or election/medical disinformation.
• Malware, phishing, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits, credit accounting or security controls.

Full detail lives on our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.

• You keep your inputs. Prompts, uploads and references stay yours.
• You own your outputs to the extent ownership is available under law, subject to the licence terms of the model provider you selected.
• You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display your content solely to operate the service (including sending it to the model provider you chose and showing it back to you and people you share with).
• We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models, and we do not sell them.
• Similar prompts can produce similar outputs for different users. We make no warranty of uniqueness, originality or non-infringement, and you are responsible for clearing rights before commercial use.

Model providers, payment, email, storage and social-publishing partners each operate under their own terms. A current list is on our Sub-processors page. When you connect a social account, you also agree to that platform’s terms, and you remain responsible for everything published from your account.

The OmniVAI software, interface, brand, Omni character and documentation are ours and protected by intellectual-property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or create derivative platforms from the service.

You may stop using OmniVAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your usage threatens the security or stability of the service. Where the breach is not severe we will try to warn you first. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause; otherwise we refund the unused prepaid portion where the law requires it.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI outputs can be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable for your purpose — review them before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniVAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will indemnify OmniVAI against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we notify active users by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use OmniVAI after that date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, stop using the service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before filing, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
